Somatic coaching is a body-based way to come back to into yourself and release emotions. This isn't done by working harder or adding more to your plate, but when we learn how to work with our bodies, we can rewire our nervous system.

Some weeks, that may look like learning how to come down from overwhelm.
Some weeks, it may look like creating more space for rest, boundaries, nourishment, or emotional release.
Some weeks, it may simply look like practicing how to stay with yourself in a new way.
The goal is not to “fix” you.
The goal is to help you feel safer in your body, more connected to yourself, and more supported in how you move through everyday life.

My role in this work
My role is to guide, support, and reflect back what I see, while helping you build more awareness, regulation, and self-trust. I’m here to help you notice patterns, understand your nervous system, and practice new ways of responding that feel more grounding and supportive. I’m not here to push you past your capacity. We work with your body, not against it. We go at a pace that feels safe, intentional, and sustainable.
This work can be done in a single session, but it’s often most supportive inside an ongoing container where we can build on what your body is learning over time.
