Regulate, reconnect, and return to yourself

For women who hold everyone together…and want to feel like themselves again.

If you have an anxious body, a racing mind, and a life that doesn’t exactly slow down… you’re not alone. And you’re not failing. Your nervous system is doing what it was designed to do: protect you; it’s just been “on” for too long.


Somatic coaching is a body-based way to come back to into yourself and release emotions. This isn't done by working harder or adding more to your plate, but when we learn how to work with our bodies, we can rewire our nervous system. 


This is science-informed, nervous-system-first support.
No shame. No extremes. No perfection required.

You’re high-functioning… but internally, you feel wired, tense, or on edge.

Somatic coaching helps you build a different relationship with stress - through your body.

Instead of “Why am I like this?” we explore:
What is your nervous system trying to protect you from, and how can we create more safety, steadiness, and capacity?


In sessions, we work with:

  • Body awareness
  • Breath regulation
  • Gentle, somatic movement (no flexibility, strength, or prior experience required)
  • Practices that help your system discharge stress and come back into balance
  • Routines that support you outside the session, too


It’s practical. It’s grounded. And it’s meant to meet you right where you are.


What makes my approach different:

I don’t believe in “do more self-care.”
I do believe in small practices that shift your state so you can live your life from a more rooted place.


My work is built around my R.E.S.T.™ Framework, created from my own burnout experience:

R.E.S.T.™

R — Regulate your nervous system and learn how to settle your body in real time
E — Embodied nourishment to eat mindfully and have simple nourishment that supports energy, mood, and hormones
S — Sense the body through somatic practices, like breath and body-based movements that bring you back to yourself
T — Transform with routines that fit into real life


This is nervous-system-first wellness for women with full lives - not a lifestyle overhaul.


Somatic coaching can support you with:

  • Chronic stress and overwhelm
  • An anxious body / racing mind
  • Feeling disconnected from yourself
  • People-pleasing and over-functioning
  • Stress-eating, inconsistent nourishment, or “I know what to do but I can’t do it”
  • Boundaries, self-trust, and learning how to pause without guilt
  • Building a grounded routine you can actually maintain


You don’t need to have the “perfect” reason to start. If your system feels tired, tense, or stuck - that’s enough.


Each session is a blend of:

  • Checking in on what’s happening in your real life (I want to get to know you so I can customize each and every somatic session)
  • Nervous system education in simple language
  • A guided somatic practice tailored to what you need that day
  • Practical tools you can use between sessions (without being overwhelming)


Some sessions feel calming. Some feel clarifying. Some feel like a release you didn’t know you needed.


And we always go at your pace.


Everyone’s journey is different, but clients often notice:

  • Fewer spirals and more emotional steadiness
  • Less tension in the body
  • Improved sleep and energy regulation
  • More clarity, focus, and self-trust
  • Better relationship with daily rhythms

What the somatic coaching container looks like:

This work is meant to support your real life — not become another thing to manage.

Inside the somatic coaching container, you’ll have a dedicated space to slow down, check in, and work with what’s actually coming up in your body and nervous system.


Our sessions will typically consist of:

  • 1:1 coaching sessions held virtually
  • Personalized somatic practices based on what your body and nervous system need
  • Gentle accountability and reflection between sessions
  • Simple tools to help you regulate in real time
  • Ongoing support as you build rhythms that feel grounding, nourishing, and sustainable


This is not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Your sessions are shaped around your season of life, your stress patterns, your capacity, and what feels supportive to your system.

Some weeks, that may look like learning how to come down from overwhelm.
Some weeks, it may look like creating more space for rest, boundaries, nourishment, or emotional release.
Some weeks, it may simply look like practicing how to stay with yourself in a new way.

The goal is not to “fix” you.
The goal is to help you feel safer in your body, more connected to yourself, and more supported in how you move through everyday life.


Between sessions, you may be invited to work with simple practices such as:

  • Grounding exercises
  • Breathwork
  • Body-based awareness practices
  • Gentle movement
  • Nervous system tracking
  • Mindful nourishment or rhythm-based support through the R.E.S.T.™ framework


This is for you if you want support that is:

Grounded, gentle, and personalized.

You don’t need someone to hand you a rigid morning routine or another wellness checklist.
You need support that helps you understand your body, shift your state, and create practices that actually fit your life.

This container is designed for women who want:

  • a softer, more sustainable way to work with stress
  • personalized support instead of generic advice
  • tools that help in real moments of overwhelm
  • a space to be honest about what’s really going on
  • practical next steps without shame or pressure


My role in this work

My role is to guide, support, and reflect back what I see, while helping you build more awareness, regulation, and self-trust. I’m here to help you notice patterns, understand your nervous system, and practice new ways of responding that feel more grounding and supportive. I’m not here to push you past your capacity. We work with your body, not against it. We go at a pace that feels safe, intentional, and sustainable.


This work can be done in a single session, but it’s often most supportive inside an ongoing container where we can build on what your body is learning over time.

That might look like:

  • Weekly or biweekly sessions
  • A set number of sessions over 6–12 weeks
  • Optional voice note or email support between sessions
  • Personalized recommendations after each session
  • Space to adjust as your needs shift


Because nervous system work is not about rushing results. It’s about creating enough safety and consistency for real change to happen. This work is about building trust, safety, and consistency in small, doable ways.
