Why I care so deeply about this work
I used to think I ate “healthy.” For a long time, my definition of healthy was simply limiting processed foods — and while that can absolutely be part of the picture, it’s only one piece. What I’ve learned through my own journey and my training is that healthy looks different for everyone. We are all bio-individual, which means there is no one-size-fits-all way to nourish the body. For me, the real shift happened when I stopped focusing only on what to cut out and started focusing on what to add in: real, wholesome, nutrient-dense foods that truly supported my body.
And here’s the honest part: I was already doing so many of the “right” things.
I was practicing yoga daily. Walking daily. Meditating. All the things.
But I did not experience the deep, lasting shifts in my energy, mood, and overall wellbeing until I changed how I nourished myself.
That’s why I’m so passionate about nutrition coaching.
Because nourishment is not a side note.
It is foundational.
It supports your nervous system, your hormones, your digestion, your energy, and ultimately your ability to feel like yourself again.
