Why I created this work
I created the R.E.S.T.™ Method from my own experience of burnout, motherhood, and trying to hold everything together while quietly running on empty.
After the birth of my daughter, everything shifted. I found myself pulled in every direction, giving my best to everyone else while feeling increasingly disconnected from my own body, energy, and needs.
What brought me back was not a complete lifestyle overhaul. It was gentle, consistent support: mindful movement, breathwork, restorative practices, and nourishment that actually supported my body.
That is the foundation of the work I offer now — grounded, realistic support for women with full lives.
