Somatic Coaching

For the woman with an anxious body, a racing mind, or chronic stress who wants body-based support, nervous system tools, and a softer way to move through life.


Nutrition Coaching

For the woman who feels depleted, foggy, or stuck in inconsistent eating patterns and wants personalized support for nourishment, energy, digestion, and sustainable habits.


Why I created this work

I created the R.E.S.T.™ Method from my own experience of burnout, motherhood, and trying to hold everything together while quietly running on empty.

After the birth of my daughter, everything shifted. I found myself pulled in every direction, giving my best to everyone else while feeling increasingly disconnected from my own body, energy, and needs.

What brought me back was not a complete lifestyle overhaul. It was gentle, consistent support: mindful movement, breathwork, restorative practices, and nourishment that actually supported my body.

That is the foundation of the work I offer now — grounded, realistic support for women with full lives.

A simple, supportive process — so you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

We’ll talk through what’s been going on and what you’re hoping to feel, and we will discuss your overall health goals. This call is totally free, 15 minutes in duration, and no pressure.


Together, we’ll decide whether somatic coaching, nutrition coaching, or a blend is the best starting point.


You’ll leave with practical next steps, nervous-system and whole-body support, and routines that work in real life.
